Earlier today, we've detected a player exploiting a bug and took the server offline to investigate. The issue took longer than expected to resolve, but has now been fully fixed. Thank you for your patience — the server is back up.

This offered no real explanation of what occurred or it's impacts. Considering the rumors are subscription cards were either able to be duplicated or received without payment - staff should certainly spend an extra minute detailing what happened and what you did to remove the free  people would have received.

One malicious player managed to take advantage of a bug on our website to get additional tokens. When we banned him for botting he tried to retaliate and bought extra cards and dropped them to players. I've noticed this and decided to shut down the server to contain the incident. During the downtime I've analysed db records and made sure no additional subscriptions were spawned. The bug was patched.

My apologies for not taking time to explain it in greater detail.

Thank you. I would caution to always put transparency first and be the standard to follow even when the truth may be less than ideal. Ultimately players will respect the honesty in explaining that sometimes..  happens.

And perhaps quickly appoint some helpers so that things like further explanations, changelogs, policing of global chat & discord etc isn't lacking in attention or all on your shoulders.
