I think crackers should be released via rare drops in the wilderness. Server announcement when the person gets a rare drop. can be from any  wilderness npc above 20 wild, with higher rates going to higher level npcs. Creates an immense amount of pking and its just super fun to have everyone fighting over a cracker drop and the whole world converging on the lucky person who has to scrap their way out . Can be released as "Presents". This was done before and still the best way ive ever seen rares released.

I would also like to see some FFA events, team events, etc. Even if the players need to pay their own entry fee for now.
