In-Game Support Ticket

You can create support tickets directly in-game for immediate assistance with game-related issues, to report a bug, or make a suggestion.

How to create an in-game ticket:

  1. Open the game client and log in to your character
  2. On the bottom of the client, click the "Support" button
  3. Select a fitting category for your issue and write a detailed description
  4. You will see updates and current status of your ticket
  5. You can have a conversation with staff or add additional details right on the ticket in-game
