In-Game Support Ticket
You can create support tickets directly in-game for immediate assistance with game-related issues, to report a bug, or make a suggestion.
How to create an in-game ticket:
- Open the game client and log in to your character
- On the bottom of the client, click the "Support" button
- Select a fitting category for your issue and write a detailed description
- You will see updates and current status of your ticket
- You can have a conversation with staff or add additional details right on the ticket in-game
